RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zelara Skin, we want you to love your results.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in acceptable condition.
- It may have been tested, but not fully used.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on fully used items.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
